Jeremy’s passion for pizza was built from the ground up—starting in a local, family-owned pizzeria in Stuart, Florida, where he first became a partner and fell in love with the craft. From there, he went on to open Anthony V’s in Tradition, followed by Labby’s Pizza & Pasta in Port St. Lucie, each one rooted in the same commitment to authentic flavor and old-school technique. Most recently, he brought his creativity to the streets with Labby’s Italian Eats, a mobile kitchen known for its gourmet pizza pinwheels and loyal following.

Over the years, one thing became clear—the demand for Jeremy to return to his roots never faded. With constant requests from the community to reopen a pizzeria, the right opportunity finally presented itself. Now, he’s bringing it all back: his original recipes, familiar faces from his previous teams, and the unmistakable taste of a true Brooklyn-style pizzeria—right here at home.
